Im pleased to announce our internet provider excelled and completed the upgrade in less than 45 minutes, with very little noticeable downtime. They also allowed us to keep our existing ip address which means there will be no changes to the dns / realmlist. Enjoy! Scheduled Downtime - 6th of Feb - Written By Kyalon, Feb 05, 2012
As you are aware from the autobroadcast message, we have scheduled downtime tomorrow as our internet is being upgraded. What Does This Mean? It means we can sustain a higher population and better stability on the realm. How Long Is The Downtime? According to our provider, anywhere between 6 to 9 Hours. Will The Realmlist Change? In the long run, no. But there will be a temporary ip address to allow people to connect before the dns switches over. More information will be posted at the time. |
